M aceration of the grapes for about 10-15 days. Ageing in thermo-conditioned steel tanks for 6-8 months, then it is put to mature in the bottle for at least 4 months before marketing.


I t goes well with important pasta dishes with meat sauces or main courses of roasted, grilled or game white and red meat.
